OUR STORE POLICY

We founded Beautiful Minds Blinds & More with one principle in mind - providing an easy, honest shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. Check out our store policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or require further information.

We ask that before your consultation, you provide us with your approximate number of windows you would like to cover, your phone number, your physical address and your email address.

During each consultation, you will be provided with access to see and feel all of our window covering samples. Any and all questions are welcomed. At that time we will also gather your exact measurements needed to complete your order. Most consultations take approximately One Hour.

We do require a deposit of half your total amount due at time of order. Your remaining balance will be due upon installation. Due to the nature of our product, there are no refunds or exchanges on custom window treatments. This does not apply to a warranty issue.

We look forward to helping you transform your home with new window treatments that you love!
